Lauren brings over a decade of experience in the safety field to her new role, having worked with diverse teams across various industries. Her journey began in the military, where she developed a strong safety mindset and continued as a safety administrator for a maintenance crew at an oil plant. This background has equipped her with the ability to connect with individuals on a personal level. Lauren’s favorite aspect of her job is the continuous learning opportunities and the ability to share that knowledge with others. She is motivated by seeing people grow, change and develop. Lauren takes pride in being a part of their guidance, support and training. Outside of work, Lauren enjoys spending time with her family, hiking and exploring new places.
