As Project Manager, Monica enjoys being able to work with many different types of people. She loves that when one project ends, the next one brings a whole new set of teammates to work with. Monica loves a good challenge, especially when it comes to finding solutions to difficult problems on complex projects. One of her greatest strengths is her adaptability, which often comes in handy on the job; she says it’s extremely important to read each situation and know the best way to approach it. When she’s not at work, she likes spending her time doing DIY and styling projects on her home. She also enjoys hiking, taking a weekend trip and relaxing with some red wine.
