Pati is motivated, industrious and enthusiastic. This carries through whether she’s managing her daughter’s soccer team, volunteering for various organizations in her community or taking care of every detail on the jobsite. She enjoys the fast pace of construction, as well as the ability to maintain a work-life balance with her family. Pati came to Lewis with 14 years in construction administration and accounting. Pati’s friends and family appreciate her baking talents—especially her Too Much Chocolate cupcakes.
