With extensive expertise in valuation and economic analysis, particularly within the healthcare industry, Charles has conducted a wide range of valuation assignments, including merger and acquisition valuations, economic damages calculations, and ESOP feasibility studies. His experience spans multiple industries, from banking and finance to healthcare and retail. As a certified public accountant and accredited senior appraiser, Charles has also served on numerous prestigious boards, including Oregon Health & Science University and The Nature Conservancy, showcasing his commitment to both professional excellence and community service. Outside of the office Charles enjoys being active with his family and the occasional fly fishing trip to fully detach.
