Sarah does a great job of leveraging her architectural experience toward problem-solving on the construction site. Her design background allows her to visualize the project from start to finish and forecast potential pitfalls. Sarah loves the construction process and being front and center as a project moves from 2D to 3D. She feels fulfilled at work when she is part of a collaborative and highly motivated team. Outside of work, Sarah enjoys time in her garden, hiking with her two dogs and making jewelry.
