Austin thoroughly enjoys coming to work every day because he can educate and mentor team members to prevent injuries, save lives and make safety-conscious decisions—a highly fulfilling job! If skiing every day was an option, he wouldn’t mind that either. Austin is a third-generation Hilliker at Lewis, starting as Laborer in 2013. His favorite career moment was on the Nine Two Nine project working directly with his father Chilly (a top Lewis safety leader) and brother. Austin is also a second-degree black belt in mixed martial arts.
