Kagan brings to Lewis a unique perspective and experience from having worked in both architectural design and the trades. This familiarity provides him with an understanding of the boots-on-the-ground building work and a deep knowledge of how projects are designed and executed phase by phase. Kagan has found that he loves the interpretive process of construction, the process of taking an idea, intention, or concept and turning it into a realized product. Away from work, Kagan can be found exploring the outdoors with his family or taking in a hockey game.
