Travis Baldwin brings 25 years of experience with Local 86 Ironworkers, including 11 years in superintendent roles ranging from assistant to project superintendent. His career spans large-scale projects such as civil infrastructure, high-rise construction, podium structures, underground labs and bridges over both water and roadways. Known for his problem-solving skills, Travis thrives on tackling complex challenges that require quick, calculated adjustments. His favorite part of the job is mentoring new construction professionals, sharing his experiences and watching them grow. He finds motivation in the people he works with and the satisfaction of seeing a plan successfully executed. Outside of work, he enjoys fishing, hunting, and foraging, as well as preserving his harvest and gardening when the seasons allow.
