A lifelong New Yorker, Richard was inspired to enter construction in 1989 by his father, who built many well-known towers there. He moved to Seattle in 2013 and enrolled at the UW to complete his education. Richard is now an avid Husky fan while maintaining a devotion to the Mets and Steelers. His career focus on office, residential, restaurant and retail buildouts is serving him well as he focuses on similar work at Lewis. Interesting fact: Every year Richard grows Carolina reaper peppers and makes mango reaper hot sauce for family and friends.
