Tony brings to Lewis a holistic understanding of the built environment from his experience as an architect, contractor and owner. Tony spent the first ten years of his career as an architect focused on healthcare, life science, corporate commercial and higher education. With that foundation, he then moved into construction with an emphasis on design/build alternative delivery and business development. These experiences have contributed to Tony’s strategic acumen and adaptability as a leader. He has developed a special ability to spot the natural strengths within his teammates and leverage that potential to benefit that person and the organization as a whole. Tony draws significant meaning out of coaching others to do more than they themselves could imagine. Outside of his work, Tony loves to create industrial art and restore 50’s/60’s era American muscle cars.
