A professional since 2005 and with Lewis since 2014, Ryan is equally skilled managing preconstruction and construction. He recently built the NorthEdge office building overlooking Lake Union, which won a prestigious Honor Award from AIA Seattle. Ryan loves highly-technical work, whether a subway tunnel or a mixed-use high rise such as Wright Runstad & Company’s Rainier Square Tower. When not at work he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, going on hikes and working on his home and garden.
