Vince’s approach to work is to prepare well in advance for any potential challenges that might arise on the jobsite. He understands that no one alone can bring a building to fruition; as such, he commits to creating a team atmosphere where everyone feels valued and proud. Vince loves the people he works with and the teamwork necessary for troubleshooting tough conditions. His favorite Lewis project was the Central Lincoln People’s Utility District in Newport, where the team worked together to overcome some uniquely challenging scopes of the work. When he’s not at work, Vince enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, fishing and playing golf.
