Lodge at Suncadia

Lewis built a 250-unit, 358,000 square foot condominium, Lodge at Suncadia, a new four-season resort community. The six-story building is steel framed. Units are owned as fully-furnished and outfitted condominiums (down to the silverware), while the Lodge provides hotel-type services. Owners have the option of allowing their units to be rented as hotel rooms. A 19,000 square foot conference center is also included.
