Lewis has performed a series of ongoing projects upgrading this upper-market “lifestyle” retail center. The largest projects have involved significant retail additions and buildouts for tenants such as Restoration Hardware, as well as 1,400 new structured parking spaces. Other work has included a series of smaller new buildings and remodels. Lewis has also performed tenant improvements for individual stores such as: J.Crew, Blue C Sushi, Eileen Fisher, Tommy Bahama, Pilates, Fiorini Sports, Bartell’s, Mud Bay Granary, Mailboxes, Etc., Storables, Pottery Barn Kids, Mercer, and Market Optical, as well as a daycare center for Bright Horizons.
