The ICHS Shoreline Clinic spans 45,000 square feet over a three-story clinic. It includes 20 exam rooms, 10 dental chairs, three community meeting rooms, a laboratory, two exhibit galleries, and an outdoor reflection garden. Parking is below-grade and surface. The sustainable cross-laminated timber (CLT) roof was the first in the Seattle area.
