Keith’s two main philosophies are to follow the golden rule, and that hard work without complaint always pays off. He says there’s no better feeling than being part of a team that rises to a challenge. Keith started learning these lessons over 30 years ago growing up with his father’s construction company. He enjoys the diversity of people and environments in construction, from jobsites in the dirt to meeting with executives in nice offices. Favorite sports: snowboarding and slalom water skiing.
