LCC Downtown Campus

The Downtown Campus is a landmark project, which has greatly contributed to the vitality of downtown Eugene. Housing 250 beds, the residential building is LEED Gold certified while the 90,000 square foot academic building is LEED Platinum certified and includes state-of-the-art classrooms, lecture halls, and an energy management lab. The buildings were constructed to achieve an energy performance of 50% better than Oregon code and showcase heating, cooling, and ventilation systems that create a “living laboratory.”
