Providence Medical Group Lloyd

Lewis completed this tenant improvement buildout of 10,000 square feet within an existing 20-story building for Providence Health & Services. The space includes exam rooms, offices and imaging services and is located directly on the MAX line in the new up-and-coming Lloyd district development. An existing deck was built-up with structural foam and a new slab pour. The building features vaulted ceilings as high as 20 feet, x-ray equipment and Providence’s new “cool palette” finish standard throughout.
