Amazon HQ Phase 1 TI

Lewis built out 360,000 square feet of tenant improvements for Phase 1 of the new Amazon Headquarters at South Lake Union, spanning three buildings. The new space consists of two six-story buildings, one five-story building, and a conference center and cafe inside the shell of the historic Van Voorst Building. The offices feature high-capacity data and communication systems as well as extensive security.
