Whitney says her job description is also a haiku: help desk technician, general troubleshooting, setup and support. She’s very approachable and a great listener, an outstanding trait for someone who constantly solves people’s problems (a mentor taught Whitney to listen to understand, not to respond). Three things few people know: Whitney used to work in her mom’s scrapbooking and rubber stamping store, she later sold cabinets/countertops and later in life she wants to retire and design kitchens as a hobby.
