Shelby’s best traits include her creative approach to problem solving, supportive attitude and her willingness to collaborate with everyone she works with. Each day she comes to work, she is determined to be better than she was the day before. In Shelby’s opinion, the best part of her job is advising and helping Lewis employees thrive and grow in their careers. Outside of work, Shelby loves spending time with her favorite four-legged companion–her black lab, Mona. They look for any chance to get outside to hike, swim and go for walks together.
