Elsa brings to Lewis her diverse experience working in recruiting, sales, public relations and construction-specific marketing. She is apt at leveraging her mixed background to bring a holistic perspective to problem-solving. Elsa draws a lot of energy from contributing to a productive team that is actively moving the company forward. She enjoys connecting with her co-workers and partnering with them to build community. Outside of the office, Elsa loves exploring restaurants and bars in Portland, traveling to new places and experiencing the outdoors—camping, hiking, biking, beaching, picnicking, etc.
