His roles have ranged from Project Engineer to Superintendent, managing projects from small facilities to the 2 million square foot Boeing buildings in Everett. He specializes in shell and core construction using steel, concrete, and wood frames across various sectors, including commercial, residential, and industrial. Barney enjoys transforming paper plans into buildings and conceptual ideas into reality, thriving on teamwork and collaboration. He is detail-oriented, aiming to ease the workload for his colleagues. Outside of work, Barney enjoys outdoor activities from his Montana upbringing, like backpacking and fishing, and is currently adding a water feature to his backyard.
