Safety Moment:
We hope everyone had a fun and safe 4th of July. Temperatures are rising again this week, so make sure to drink plenty of water, especially if working out in the sun.
Last week we finished the installing the aggregate piers for our foundation and began final excavation to the finished grade for the mat slab foundation.
Upcoming Planned Activities: This week we will be trenching and installing our underground plumbing, followed by our underground electrical conduit. A gravel pad will be placed on top of the underground utilities to provide a level surface for our mat slab foundation.
Next week we will lay out the vapor barrier for under the slab and will begin placing reinforcing. We’ll have a mobile crane on Ash St. next week to lift bundles of rebar down into the excavation.
