Drawing on over two decades of industry experience, he has become fluent in all aspects of Project Management, including preconstruction services, estimating, budgeting, cost control, contract negotiation, marketing and resource management. Toan has a track record for creating innovative solutions to complex project delivery problems, whether running a construction project during a global pandemic or providing value engineering options to a client on a budget. Toan values a team, solution-based approach to all endeavors and consistently strives to provide an excellent client experience. Outside of work, Toan enjoys music, travel and is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys time in the mountains on the rivers and lakes of the Pacific Northwest, surrounded by friends and family.
