230 Ash Apartments

Lewis completed this mixed-use development at Southwest Third Avenue and Ash Street in downtown Portland’s historic Skidmore District. This project is one of the Goodman family-owned ‘Ankeny Blocks’ proposed for redevelopment. The building includes approximately 8,000 square feet of retail space on the ground floor, a mix of studio and one-bedroom units on the upper floors, and rooftop amenity space. The building includes a below-grade parking garage and bicycle storage rooms in the basement and at ground level.
