Washington State Convention Center Summit Addition

Lewis is currently underway on this new stand-alone convention center—the most vertically stacked convention center in North America. The 1,500,000-gross-square-foot building includes a 150,000-square-foot exhibition hall, a 100,000-square-foot flex hall, 120,000 square feet of meeting rooms and a 60,000-square-foot ballroom, plus prefunction and support areas on each floor. Other areas include 25,000 square feet of street-level retail, parking for 700-800 vehicles and 19 below-grade truck bays.

The site is one double-size block and two smaller blocks, which will be connected underground with a rebuilt Olive Way above.
