Lewis delivered this five-story, post-tensioned concrete office building with rooftop photovoltaics, located in central Ballard. The multitenant building include 197,000 square feet of offices plus two levels of below-grade parking for 252 vehicles. Retail at the ground floor includes a Target store entered through a two-story corner atrium.
