Chad’s enthusiasm for lean improvements, customer service and mentorship are exceeded only by his devotion to faith and his wife and four daughters. As day-to-day manager of our Bothell Yard, he has built his crew (many from the trades) around getting every project team exactly what they need, how they need it. The son and grandson of superintendents, Chad enjoys his Yard niche because of the variety, relationships and improvement opportunities that every day brings. He also enjoys coaching fastpitch softball and soccer, and serves on his Little League’s board.
