Lease Crutcher Lewis has been building in Central Oregon for 30 years. After years of working out of jobsite offices, we’ve established a permanent office in Bend and have a dedicated, local team to serve clients and communities across the region.
Our new Bend office, located in the Old Mill District, builds on our existing foundation of local resources, backed by the full capabilities of one of the Pacific Northwest’s leading general contractors.
“Central Oregon has been an important part of our story for a long time now,” said Tony Stewart, Lewis’ Oregon division president. “Establishing an office in Bend allows us to be fully engaged in the communities where we live and work.”
Lewis has been active in the region since 1996, from a renovation of The Great Hall at Sunriver Resort to multiple projects with Bend Research (now Lonza). More recently, Lewis completed Central Oregon Community College’s Wickiup Hall, the Jackstraw mixed-used development, and Sisters Coffee’s newest café. In July 2026, Lewis broke ground on CASCADA Bend, a 130,000-square-foot wellness destination featuring a boutique hotel and thermal spa.

Lewis brings advanced design and construction tools and processes to yield better project outcomes. Specifically, by integrating design and construction teams, Lewis drives risk (waste) out of their clients’ investment, while optimizing project vision, goals and design intent.
The company also brings nationally and regionally recognized expertise in alternative delivery methods — including progressive design-build — to Central Oregon. The Bend team combines that depth of experience with local knowledge, providing clients with a partner that understands the community and has the relationships to deliver complex work.
The company’s newest office is led by project executive Matt Wycoff, a longtime resident of Bend. Matt has been building projects throughout Central Oregon for 20 years and serves on the Board of Directors of Economic Development for Central Oregon. Other local team members also live, work and play in Bend.
