Chelsie Schoenborn brings over 25 years of diverse experience to her role, including 12 years in the United States Navy, three years as a residential framer and company owner, and a decade of construction management expertise. Her management background includes oversight of up to 90 employees, $50 million in heavy construction equipment, mentorship programs, training development, business planning and P&L management. Passionate about construction, she takes pride in contributing to the growth and vitality of the Pacific Northwest, the place she calls home. Outside of work, Chelsie enjoys hiking, swimming, paddleboarding and camping with her golden retriever, Leo. In winter, she can often be found snowboarding at Timberline, and she loves winding down with a good book.
