Mitch started framing houses in 1989 and has been in residential and commercial construction ever since. He has developed the ability to anticipate team and client needs by fostering open and honest communication with all stakeholders. Mitch excels at breaking down interpersonal barriers and finding ways to work with every personality on the jobsite. He draws a lot of motivation from the process of setting and meeting project goals as a team. Mitch has also figured out how to infuse fun and comradery into his teams; his talent for levity and playfulness make working with him both fulfilling and entertaining. Outside of work, Mitch loves spending time outdoors with his wife, Judy and three boys.
