Jan’s team of administration and operations assistants are the glue that holds project teams and the office together – managing the details, keeping systems running, and ensuring great service internally and externally. Jan’s role include making sure that every job and department benefits from our best practices, staffing each team through continuous project starts and completions, and serving as the in-house expert in areas such as subcontractor insurance. She enjoys gardening, spending time with family, and going to her cabin for clamming and crabbing.
