The Project
Lewis completed the adaptive reuse of a five-story, 55,000-square-foot data center with five megawatts of capacity for Cologix in Vancouver, B.C. The project included seismic upgrades, new MEP systems, and the installation of UPS, generators and life safety systems. To support over one million pounds of equipment, the team added shear walls and coordinated critical infrastructure.
About
The scope includes significant seismic upgrades to the existing building structure, new electrical system, UPS, generators, mechanical upgrades and associated security, controls and life safety systems.
