The Project
Lewis is delivering the 33,000-square-foot Ana Mari Cauce Welcome Center at UW. The center will include an interactive visitor hall, auditorium, flexible event spaces, and a community courtyard. Serving prospective students, families, alumni, and the public, the project is philanthropically funded and scheduled for completion in 2028.

We're partnering with the renowned design team from Studio Tsien to help the University of Washington realize its vision for the Ana Mari Cauce Welcome Center. As a gateway for prospective and current students, families, alumni, and the broader public, the Welcome Center will play an important role in shaping first impressions and building lasting connections to the university.
