The Project

Lewis served as CM/GC for the $78 million, 250,000-square-foot renovation and expansion of UO’s Erb Memorial Union.

About

Delivered in phases, the project added a three-story hearth, green space and temporary space for 104 user groups. Lewis led community engagement, coordinated with active campus sites and partnered closely with stakeholders to deliver a vibrant student hub.
