Union Stables
The Project
Lewis transformed a 68,400-square-foot historic timber and masonry horse stable into offices and retail, including our own 24,500-square-foot space on levels 4 and 5.
About
The project features full seismic upgrades, original timber restoration, new systems, and a green roof deck. This LEED Platinum buildout and LEED Gold adaptive reuse blend preservation with high-performance design.
