Under Armour Adaptive Reuse
The Project
Lewis completed the phased construction of this 110,000-square-foot core and shell renovation to serve as the new Portland headquarters for sports apparel company Under Armour.
About
The goal was to take the essence of the existing building’s footprint and improve upon it by adding glass and wood elements to the exterior, bringing the structure up to seismic code and retrofitting the structure to accommodate a future third floor that required significant structural upgrades and enhancements. The project also included an on-grade parking garage and exterior site improvements.
