The Project
Lewis completed this 34,000-square-foot phased renovation at the Congress Center in Portland’s Central Business District.
About
The work was broken up into four phases—a major lobby renovation, a fitness center addition, reconfiguring the entrance plaza, and converting the roof to a green roof with amenities including fire pits, custom seating and BBQ spaces. At the plaza level, the exterior curtain wall was replaced with a fresh, clear glass glazing system to improve visibility and pedestrian flow.
