The Project

Lewis built a 45,000-square-foot, three-story clinic with 20 exam rooms, 10 dental chairs, community rooms, a lab, galleries and a reflection garden.

About

The LEED Gold project includes below-grade and surface parking. Its CLT roof, among the first in the state, creates a large overhang and advances sustainability goals, with 45 panels installed in just 2.5 days through extensive pre-planning.
