Seagen Building 6 Structural Upgrades and Tenant Improvement

The Project

Lewis completed a phased design-build conversion of Seagen's Building 6 from a simple tilt-up into a high-performance 50,000-square-foot laboratory facility.

About

Shell and core work included shear wall upgrades, structural steel for HVAC and multi-trade skids, and foundation improvements. The new space delivered additional laboratories and office space for Seattle Genetics to expand their research capacity.
