Restoration Hardware Gallery

Lewis constructed a new 46,791 square foot, four-story structural steel flagship retail store for Restoration Hardware.  We also built the pile supported foundation, utilities, exterior plazas and landscape entrance for University Village.  The ultra-high-end store features Juliette balconies extend from the top level and an expansive garden terrace on levels three and four with unique lighting and landscaping.  The grand double floating staircase spanned nearly 40 feet and had custom designed iron handrails inspired by the work of a Venetian architect.  A massive skylight and 20 crystal Helix chandeliers hang 60 feet overhead to make the store feel more spacious.
