Portland State University NW Center for Engineering
The Project
Lewis completed a 138,000-square-foot LEED Gold tower for PSU’s engineering school on a tight downtown site. Built above an active garage, the project added labs, classrooms and a geothermal system.
About
Lewis coordinated closely with neighbors and issued 20% of subcontracts to MWESB firms, supporting equity and minimizing disruption throughout construction.
