The Project

Lewis completed the $34.6 million project at the PCC Sylvania campus, delivering new labs, classrooms and collaboration spaces for fitness, nursing, architecture, and design.

About

The work included seismic upgrades, MEP systems and exterior improvements. Ahead of construction, Lewis built 20 swing spaces totaling 63,000 square feet to support campus continuity and user needs.
