PHX-13 Data Center

The Project
PHX-13 is a two-story, ground-up data center development totaling 445,000 square feet. The facility will deliver 72 megawatts across 12 vaults, with 242,000 square feet dedicated to IT server space. Each vault includes prefabricated two-megawatt UPS modules, three-megawatt generators and rooftop 305-ton chillers. The project also features office, storage, security and loading dock space.

About
Crews from a joint venture Lewis and Phoenix-based GCON are building PHX-13. In addition to the precast concrete structure and complex envelope, the buildout will also include administrative spaces and loading docks. GCON and Lewis will also handle site work and underground utilities. Spread across two phases, the joint venture’s scope of work will include interior whitespace and all MEP systems.
