Lewis completed the 81,000-square-foot renovation of historic Withycombe Hall at OSU, transforming former dairy and lab spaces into modern facilities for Food Science and Animal Rangeland Sciences.

The project included seismic upgrades, new HVAC and lab reconfigurations—all delivered in a single phase to meet OSU standards and support hands-on learning.
