Oregon Conservation Center

The Project
The remodel of the existing building includes seismic upgrades, new energy-efficient windows, a new exterior skin with corten steel and wood siding, a new roof, two skylights and two stairwells. Inside, the space features an open office-concept with a lobby and reception area, breakroom, pantries, copy areas, library, conference rooms, seven restrooms, and a new elevator.

About
The addition provides a new conference center, catering kitchen, outdoor deck, and green roof assembly. Highlight features include a CLT and glulam beam-and-column structure for the feature stair and conference center. Sitework consists of two new parking areas, sidewalks, planter walls, two large soakage trenches, all-new landscaping and an electric vehicle charging station.
