Projects
North Eugene High School

The Project
Lewis delivered a new 201,500-square-foot high school designed for next-gen learning, career technical education (CTE) and community resilience. The $105 million project replaced a 1957 facility and includes 52 classrooms, gyms, a 400-seat auditorium and more.

About
The new building included acoustically sensitive and technically challenging spaces to build, like the 400-seat auditorium, the music band and choir rooms, equipment-dense science labs, and community health clinic. Combining these spaces required a nuanced phasing and scheduling approach. CTE spaces host classes like wood and metal shops, plus courses in culinary arts, child development and more.
