Maywood Hills and Kenmore Elementary School Modernizations

The Project

Lewis and Mithun recently delivered two school renovations and expansions under one progressive design-build contract.

About

At Kenmore Elementary, Lewis added a new commons building, an administrative suite, and a playground. We also modernized 7,000 square feet within the existing buildings and improved campus access by separating parent drop-off and bus loops. At Maywood Hills, we built a new two-story multipurpose building, re-roofed existing buildings, built an inclusive playground, and improved campus access.
