Kenmore Elementary School

Built in time for the start of the 2026-2027 school year, Lewis delivered new ground-up facilities and completed campus modernization work at Kenmore Elementary School. The project was delivered via progressive design-build with our partners at Mithun.

About

The new commons building includes a cafeteria that doubles as a multipurpose area for events and activities. Next door, the team completed a new administrative suite, which includes a main office, reception desk, conference rooms, nurse’s office, and additional support spaces. Other aspects of the project include improving campus access and circulation.
